He has his main business and financial experience in developing energy and real estate, so comes to Wealth Management from the client side, from a background of practice. He created the firm to serve the needs of clients and produce secure, reliable results. George founded and built the Resort CERULEAN in Anguilla, between 1995 and 2000, www.cerulean-villa.com, (asset appreciation 300%) directing every aspect from land search, corporate structure, and construction management to operations. He is familiar with the social, political, legal, and labor issues of real estate internationally. His Companies Island Group, and PANTHENA LLC, were founded upon the experience of CERULEAN, to execute energy and Resort communities globally. There are four major projects underway in the UK, MX, and CZ. Previously to real estate development, George founded GXI in New York, a firm dedicated to digital design and planning. He is Author of publications by MIT and OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS. GENE GAME:The New Laws of Evolution is currently in circulation (Amazon). He holds a current NYS Real Estate License and is a Member of the Real Estate Board of NY. He is a Member, Sons of the American Revolution. He has been educated privately in the USA, Canada, and Europe with degrees from The Lawrenceville School, Princeton University, with post-graduate degrees from University of Toronto (1982) and NYU (1992). He is a US Citizen. Rosmund D. Managing Director rd@islandgrp.net Rosmund joined our Wealth Management firm after 15 years in banking and financial business. He is educated internationally and well acquainted with international banking. He directs the operations of our firm. Rosmund is a licensed principal and representative on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE). He is a Director of National Bank of Anguilla. Previously, in 2005, Rosmund took up the post of financial controller at Flags Luxury Properties where he remained until 2010. Since then, Rosmund has aided the Government of Anguilla with financial matters of the Project. Rosmund began his career at the National Bank of Anguilla Ltd in 1993 as a teller. In 1996, he pursued a degree in Banking and Finance at the Florida International University where he graduated in 1999 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Finance with honors. During his tenure at the National Bank of Anguilla Ltd, Rosmund rose through the ranks to the position of Senior Lending Officer. He holds a post graduate diploma in Banking, from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. Rosmund is a British Dependent Territories Citizen, born 29th, November 1975.
